Flow

Flow is the collection of fillable dynamic forms used to collect users’ information. The flow can be customizable based on the risk decision status to minimize the friction and increase the conversion rate for the users while ensuring the high-risk users need to pass through series of verification.

You can deep dive into the Flow by follow this section

What is the difference between Flow and eKYC?

eKYC typically consists of 2 primary identity verification techniques: 1) Liveness Selfie Check 2) ID Document Scan. Often time in the background, face comparison between the selfie image and the portrait on the ID Documents is performed to ensure the authenticity of both verification to ensure what you are and what you have.

Flow is designed to be more flexible. You can add eKYC verification in the Flow and as well as request additional information. You can also add additional verification step such as email or mobile phone OTP verification, bank statement verification, and address verification. You can configure to route users to additional verifications based on their risk profile.

There are 2 main components in the flow.

  1. Verification Flow – You can configure steps and elements in the verification flow as well as condition to hide/show, redirect, require/un-require elements in the forms here. More on Verification Flow.

2. Decision Flow – You can define rules and connect to different data sources and local authoritative data here. More about Decision flow.
