Submission

Features in the Submission page consists of the following

Top Bar Filters 

Form Status filter:  All Submission / Complete / Incomplete

Time: You have the ability to filter your submissions within the designated timeframes of form creation. Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, All time, Custom duration.

Custom Status: This is the Status created through the No-code Decision Flow setting for your completed verification submissions. You can view your created status to monitor your completed submissions status. You have the opportunity to customize your status by name, level of completion, risk level and end goal. In this example we have called our status check AML Status & eKYC Status. You can select a specific value in the Custom Status to view the submission with that value.

Search bar:  Search for your created and completed submissions. Real time search function, after typing keywords.  The searchable data are restricted to Submission ID, Document Number, First Name, Last Name (from the ID Document Verification step)

Edit Columns: Filter and change the view of your columns to display in the submission table. 

Download:The feature allows you to download CSV files of your raw data from your completed submissions.

Delete: Click on the trash to delete any unnecessary submissions.A confirmation pop up will show to ensure you want to delete the submission. This is to make sure you don’t accidentally delete a submission. 

Submission Table

Submission ID: A submission ID is a generated unique identifier code for submissions completed. This unique identifier allows you to use this for reference for your submission. This column is unmovable.

Creation Date & Time: Track the date and time of your submission. This column is unmovable.

Customized Column: Filter and select what field elements or custom status you want to display/hide on the columns. E.g First name, Last name, mobile number and email address.


Form Status: Your submission will have a complete or incomplete status on your form.
