Decision Flow

A No-Code Decision Flow allows you to have a visual representation of the steps and choices involved in making a decision. It is a structured way to analyze possible outcomes based on different conditions or criteria for the onboarding flow. You can deep dive into the Decision Flow Section here.

Decision Flow Terminology:

Trigger event: This tells when the decision flow is set to run. Example trigger events are such as On Form Submit, On Form Created, On Liveness Verification Complete, On ID Document Verification Fail, etc.

Conditional Logic: Customer to add detailed statements to each verification of the onboarding form. What action would you like to be done for the user?

Action: Recommended update status has to come first and only then trigger a web hook. If you trigger a webhook then update status the client system will not  status. An update is completed once the data is sent to the clients. There are Five actions that you can configure.

  • Update Status: You have the ability to update the status of your decision flow settings.
  • Delete Application: This action will delete the form.
  • Trigger Webhook: Select flow list option you want to link the wbehook to and on submission it will be triggered.
  • Submit Application: Outcome on the submit step of the form.
  • Log: Form behaviour log- value changes, build functions- users/system that logged every step behaviour- user login, changes, edits and trail history. User history
