Connect

The Connect tab allows you to set up the external connections in order to pass the verified information to other services via webhook such as CRM platform, Zapier, Spreadheet, Email communication, Loan Management System, etc.

Setting up Webhook

1. Click Add Webhook

2.  Add the follow information to your Webhook
   • Webhook Name: Name of your webhook connection
   • Endpoint: A URL that receives webhook event notifications and can trigger an action based on the payload sent in the message.
   • Authorization Method: Select method for webhook security.
     • No Auth: No Identification required
     • Basic Auth: Input authentication information using username and password.
   • Webhook Version : Leave the option as the Default version 2. Version 1 will be deprecated soon.
3. You can test the connectivity of the webhook setup by pressing the ‘Test’. If it returns 200, your webhook endpoint is successfully setup.

Setting up Integration (Coming Soon)

The integration allows you to pass information collect through UpPass form, verification result, and decision Status into external services that you are already using. The example integration services are such as

• e-Signature platform
• Automation platform
• CRM platform
• Email and Collaboration platform
