You can add various elements into each step in order to collect information from the users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 2 type of steps <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Normal Step<\/span> &#8211; You can configure the header and sub header on this step as well as customize the back and next button text. You can add elements into the normal step. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-13.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>       2. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Verification Steps<\/span> &#8211; You have a range of options of verification steps to include into your flow. Each feature includes different requirements and tools to support the end user completing the flow. Customizable options for verification steps will allow you to show or hide certain steps for end users per the following step options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mobile Phone Verification<\/strong> &#8211; Purpose to enter a valid mobile number to verify. It is dependent on selected countries accepted. Currently, UpPass supports the following countries <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-14.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you enter your valid number you will receive a OTP SMS to the designated number as shown in the example below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"345\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/OTP.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11101\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/OTP.png 345w, https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/OTP-300x174.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email Verification: <\/strong>Enter your email address to validate and verify yourself as a user. You will have to follow the prompt instructions once you input your email address it will send a validate confirmation code to your email address inbox to input your 6 digit unique code.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Liveness Verification<\/strong>: The identity verification of the real user presence while filling the form. If the ID Document Verification is activated in the same flow, face comparison will automatically perform where the users selfie will be used to match with the portrait image on the ID Document. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ID Documentation Verification: <\/strong>This verification is for validating the legitimate ID document. UpPass supports global ID documents from over 200 countries with document such as National ID, Passport, Driver License and Residence Permit. The fraud detection such as digital and physical frauds and tempering can be detected with very high accuracy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bank Statement Verification<\/strong> : This verification is to extract the banking and income data from the official bank statement exported from the mobile\/web banking application. The information on the bank statement can be extracted with 99.9% accuracy and validate if the file or numbers in the statement has been tempered or manipulated. The Bank Statement Verification can be used to verify the proof of funds or proof of income. The Bank Statement Verification can be configured to validate the required transaction history and latest transaction date with account owner name validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uppass.io\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-17.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Address Verification : <\/strong>You can add the address verification step to collect documents such as utility bills and mobile network invoices to validate the account ownership and the address. UpPass can also detect the sign of document frauds or tempering .
