This guide gives an overview of how to manage users and user permissions in your UpPass flow.

You have the authority to create user access and permissions as seen below:
Permissions<\/strong>: You have the ability to control the user permissions through each step and process of the flow.

Manage User<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can add a new team member by clicking on ‘the top right button. ‘Add Team Member’ Button. You can assign the Role for the team member using the default role (Admin, Editor, Viewer) or you can create customize role under ‘Manage Role’ tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Member Roles<\/strong>: Assigned a level of permissions for each person who can edit, view, and administrate your flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owner<\/strong>: The owner has all access granted and controls of the workspace. You can grant permission for change of owner. There can be only one owner at a time – Authority to all levels within the workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customized Roles<\/strong>: You have access to edit, delete and change work on the flow. Users can have as many roles as you like and linked and filtered by different names to suit the role, responsibility and title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flow Accessible<\/strong>: How many flows you can access and have permission to view or edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission Details<\/strong>: Information response, identity information, verification. Only for the response Tab- how many flows a user can view and flows they can edit once the response is submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delete<\/strong>: You can delete team members depending on your role and permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • User & Permission – View \/ Edit \/ Delete<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • API Token – View \/ Edit \/ Delete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Flow Permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Submission – Access to Submission tab to view submission details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Build – Access to Build tab to customize the verification form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Style – Access to Style tab to change the look and feel and logo<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Connect – Access to Connect tab to configure webhook and integrate with external services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Decision Flow – Access to Decision Flow tab to configure decision flow for different trigger points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Share – Access to Share tab to view sharable links and QR Code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
